What we handle

  • Whole-home filtration upgrades
  • Whole-home UV air purification
  • Humidity and condensate issues
  • Ventilation and stale-air problems
  • Pairs with new installs or existing systems

IAQ is part of what we do — not an add-on pitch at the door. On a service call we diagnose the system first ($99 after diagnosis). On a new install we can include IAQ in the free consult — and the Elite Package includes whole-home UV air purification and a new plenum with the system.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ): what to expect

Indoor air quality work starts with the concern you want to address: filtration, humidity, ventilation, or the condition of the air system. Discuss that concern alongside the HVAC equipment so an upgrade is chosen for the home and system it will serve.

Choose filtration that fits the system

A whole-home filter upgrade needs to be compatible with the equipment and air path. Share the filter currently installed and any recent airflow changes. The goal is to discuss filtration options together with the system's operating needs.

Humidity, drainage, and stale air

Tell us where you notice humidity or stale air, when it happens, and whether it is associated with cooling operation. HVAC, condensate, and ventilation concerns need assessment before selecting additional equipment. A single accessory should not be assumed to address every air-quality concern.

Options during an installation

Filtration and other IAQ options can be discussed during a free new-install consultation. The Elite Package includes whole-home UV air purification and a new plenum. Ask about the selected accessory's purpose, placement, and maintenance requirements before adding it to the quote.

From booking to your next step

  1. Step 1

    Describe the concern

Explain what you notice, where it occurs, and how it relates to the HVAC system running.

  2. Step 2

    Discuss the system and options

Review the equipment and relevant filtration, humidity, or ventilation needs.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm the proposed work

Review the upgrade scope, price, compatibility, and ongoing care before choosing an option.

Before your visit

Have the current filter type and size available if you know them. Share recent equipment changes, areas with humidity concerns, and whether you are requesting service for an existing system or planning a replacement.

Healthier air for your family, starting where every vent begins

Texas is humid. When your AC cools the air, it also pulls water out of it — the same way a glass of iced tea sweats on a hot day. That water collects inside your system all summer, in the dark. Damp and dark is exactly where mold, mildew and bacteria grow, and the air that passes by them is the air that comes out of every vent in your house.

  1. $2,000 value

    Step 1

We start with a brand-new plenum

The plenum is what hooks every vent in your house to your furnace or air handler. Every bit of air your family breathes at home passes through it.

After years of Texas humidity, an old plenum is often damp inside, rusting, patched with tape, and leaking into a hot, dusty attic. Whatever is growing or collecting in there gets blown into every room.

So we don't reuse it. We build a brand-new one to fit your system and seal it tight, and your new system starts with clean metal.

  2. $1,400 value

    Step 2

Then we add a UV light

A UV light goes inside your system, right where that water collects.

It kills the mold, mildew and bacteria that would grow there, and cleans the air every time it passes by on its way to your vents. The new plenum starts clean; the UV light keeps it clean.

Why UV? Because the pros already use it.

UV light is trusted to kill germs in places that can’t afford to get it wrong:

  • Hospitals

to disinfect patient rooms and operating rooms

  • Airplanes

to disinfect cabins between flights and during flights

  • Restaurants

to stop germs in the air

We put the same kind of UV light inside your system, where it works every time the air runs.

Together that’s $3,400 in air quality upgrades, included with Elite. The UV light handles mold, mildew, bacteria and odors; dust and pollen are the filter’s job, and we check yours at the consult.
